CTKArch

Base: Arch Linux
Features:
nice distro with all Arch Linux features, been a while since I last checked it so have a look at the homepage yourself

Last but not least!

SlimPup

Base: Puppy Linux
Features: Very lightweight, Puppy flair, inspired by Crunchbang and Archbang

http://slimpuplinux.sourceforge.net/

Recommended: Crunchbang, Archbang, PcLinuxOS Openbox.

They have a solid base behind them, superb forum support (Archbang not so much but is backed by the excellent Arch Wikis) and just work, where Archbang is the newest, most frugal.

Always keep an eye on Semplice too! It seems to me to be the rising star.

But hell, they are all worth a try. And in the end it's just personal taste!

Just added to the distrowatch waiting list:

Viperr

Base: Fedora
Features: Too new, not tested, but it says on their homepage: aims to merge CrunchBang qualities with Fedora base benefits, Thunar, xfce4-panel, seems to be a very interesting project!
